Online Paid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Customized products are shipped after design finalization and approval from client and are mostly shipped within 3 days of placing order.
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but cannot guarantee the same.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
Shipping charge will be extra ranging from Rs. 50 - Rs. 150 for all online paid orders within India depending upon the shipping location. Our prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, Novus™ is fully GST compliant.
Relevant GST % will be added to your product total at the checkout. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India. For international shipping, please contact us at email@example.com. How long does it take for an order to arrive?Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is usually within 3 - 5 working days (major cities).Orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.

What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged (only on submission of proper un boxing video and checked from our technical team) before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID or call us at 9987690671 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM). We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
